1. Plasma cutting of metal

UFSP provides high-precision plasma cutting services for metals, including ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminium.

2. Laser cutting of metal

UFSP performs laser cutting of metal on high-precision equipment for the manufacture of parts of any complexity. The technology allows achieving maximum accuracy and cleanliness of edges, which is especially important for critical structures, decorative elements and assemblies with high geometric requirements.

Laser cutting is performed on a modern Aramis LTC 85 machine with numerical control. This ensures consistent quality, quick reconfiguration for new tasks, and efficient production of both single and serial parts.

  • Working area: up to 1500×3000 mm
  • Metal thickness: up to 16 mm (steel), up to 10 mm (stainless steel)
  • Cutting accuracy: up to ±0.1 mm

3. Metal bending

UFSP performs sheet metal bending on a modern Dener Puma XL40220 hydraulic press. It is a precise and reliable technology for parts with defined geometry, suitable for both custom and serial production.

The Dener Puma XL40220 CNC-controlled hydraulic press allows sheet metal to be bent with high precision and repeatability. Thanks to automated control, both simple bends and complex configurations can be easily implemented.

Technical specifications:

  • Press force: up to 220 tonnes
  • Maximum bending length: up to 4000 mm
  • Sheet thickness: up to 8 mm (depending on material and length)
  • Positioning accuracy: up to ±0.5°
