Innovation energy and new partnerships: key takeaways from UFSP’s participation in the “Nove Zernyatko-2026” forum

On 18-19 June, 2026, the UFSP team participated in the 10th anniversary "Nove Zernyatko-2026" agrarian innovation forum. Our company expresses its deepest gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to work, advance our manufacturing, and join key industry events.

This year’s event stood out due to its exceptional dynamics, high visitor turnout, and the market's overall focus on modernization. The forum proved that Ukrainian agribusiness demonstrates a high readiness to implement reliable, long-lasting solutions.

Within the exhibition area, UFSP presented its own developments — hot-dip galvanized steel equipment for cattle (specifically headlocks, stall dividers, gates, and various fasteners). Direct dialogue with industry practitioners provided us with valuable feedback and confirmed the strong demand for high-quality Ukrainian steel structures.

The main result of our participation was the active exchange of contacts with potential partners. On the sidelines of the forum, we have already outlined the first frameworks for future projects focused on equipping livestock complexes, which we plan to implement in the near future.

We sincerely thank the organizers for the fantastic atmosphere and all our partners for the productive meetings!

Building the future together: UFSP hosts career guidance sessions for local youth

Throughout February and March 2026, our enterprise became a hub for an important mission — promoting manufacturing professions among the youth of Stryi. In cooperation with the NGO "UA Voice" and the Higher Vocational School № 34 (VPU No. 34), we organized and conducted a series of career guidance meetings for 8th-grade students from Stryi Gymnasium № 7.

The main goal of this initiative is to help school students discover their future career paths, demonstrate the prestige of technical specialties, and show that a modern industrial enterprise is a space of high technology and great career prospects. Thanks to the synergy between our plant and the instructors and masters from VPU № 34, the students of Gymnasium № 7 gained a unique experience. They didn't just hear about engineering and blue-collar professions, but saw them in action during a guided tour of the UFSP production facilities.

For UFSP, this project is a significant part of our corporate social responsibility. We firmly believe that the future of Ukrainian industry and the rebuilding of our country depend on strong engineering and technical talent. Working together with VPU № 34 allows us to engage young people right from their school years, showing them a clear and promising path: pursuing education at a local specialized institution followed by employment at a modern manufacturing facility.

We would like to express our gratitude to the NGO "UA Voice" and instructors of VPU № 34 for their joint organization, as well as to the educators and students of Gymnasium № 7 for their genuine interest and high level of engagement. Together, we are building the future of our city and Ukraine!

We are at the agricultural innovation forum “New Seed 2025”

On 19-20 June, the village of Nastasiv in the Ternopil region hosted the New Seed 2025 forum, a key event of the year for agricultural producers and suppliers of modern solutions.

The UFSP team was among the participants. Over two days, we spoke with dozens of farm representatives, presented our solutions for cattle and pig farming, exchanged experience and heard direct feedback from the field.

We are pleased to see growing demand for durable hot-dip galvanised structures manufactured in Ukraine. We believe that engineering precision and care for animals are what change the agricultural sector from within.

Being part of an agricultural community that invests in the future even during wartime is both an honour and a responsibility for us.

Special thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, thanks to whom we can work, grow and support the agricultural sector.

Galvanising or paint? What to choose for structures in animal husbandry

When it comes to farm equipment, durability and hygiene are critical. The coating determines how long the structure will last, how much maintenance it will require and how safe it will be for animals.

Painting is cheaper at the start, but it is less resistant to moisture and ammonia, peels over time and requires regular renewal.

Hot-dip galvanising, which UFSP uses as its standard, lasts for more than 20 years, protects metal in aggressive environments, requires virtually no maintenance and is safe for animals.

On farms with high humidity, ammonia exposure and constant mechanical impact, zinc coating provides stable protection. This is not only about savings, but also about safety and reliable operation.

All UFSP structures are hot-dip galvanised. It is our standard, and that is why we are confident in the quality of every product.
